Our commitment

Dane Mandriota is committed to making dane.life accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, which is the standard generally used to evaluate accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What we have done

• Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA color-contrast requirements.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
• Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and labels so they work with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.
• Images have text alternatives; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms have visible labels, clearly marked required fields, and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
• Pop-up windows trap keyboard focus, close with the Escape key, and return focus where you left off.
• Animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting, and a "Pause animations" button is available on the home page.
• Links that open a new tab are announced as such.
• The site works when zoomed to 200% and on phones and tablets.
